Keep inventory records aligned with confirmed updates from fulfillment teams.
Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.
Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.
Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.
What you will do
- Enter authorized inventory adjustments and team-reported stock movements.
- Compare records with on-site count results and flag mismatches for review.
- Maintain item information and communicate confirmed stock updates to relevant teams.
What will help you succeed
Comfort with spreadsheets and consistent recordkeeping. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
Benefits and schedule
- Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
- Part-time employees: prorated paid time off.
- Paid training.
- Schedules provided two weeks in advance where practical.
- A pay review after 90 days; a raise is not guaranteed.
