Keep TurfCasa customer and prospect records reliable so the team can find the right information quickly.

This remote role supports TurfCasa's Lakeway, Texas office and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams when relevant. Work must be performed from an employer-approved U.S. location; eligibility for your work location must be confirmed during hiring. This is not physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work.

Full-time, with part-time considered based on staffing needs. Weekly hours and required coverage with the Lakeway team will be confirmed during hiring. Paid training is provided.

Base pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour. Starting pay within this range will depend on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Review flagged duplicate or incomplete records using documented matching rules.
• Validate contact fields, record sources and ownership; submit proposed merges for approval.
• Run approved import checks and compare record counts before and after supervised updates.
• Maintain a correction log and help sales and customer-service teams resolve recurring data-entry issues.

• Strong attention to detail and basic spreadsheet sorting, filtering and comparison skills.
• Respect for customer privacy and willingness to follow access and change-control rules.
