Help customers resolve questions while placing online orders.
Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.
Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.
Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.
What you will do
- Guide customers through the online checkout process without requesting passwords or full payment-card details.
- Document checkout problems and escalate technical or payment issues to the appropriate team.
- Confirm order submission status and coordinate order exceptions with customer service and fulfillment.
What will help you succeed
Patience, clear explanations and comfort learning online ordering tools. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
Benefits and schedule
